Our adventure began many decades ago, when a family passionate about travel and discovery decided to create a welcoming retreat for those who wanted to explore and fully experience Camaiore. Over the years, ourfamily has workedtirelessly to create a place where travelers could immersethemselves in the historical andcultural richness of Tuscany.
Camaiore, with its medieval streets, ancient churches and picturesque alleys, was the inspiration of this residence. Every morning, our guests wake up in the shadow of the historical monuments, breathing the authentic atmosphere of this enchanting city.
Our family has always been the beating heart of our home. Every guest is welcomed with warmth and affection, treatedas a member of our extended family. We share with them thestories and traditions of Camaiore, offeringan authentic andengaging experience that goes beyond the simple stay.

We offer our guests a payment method that requires full payment at the time of booking. This means that when reserving a room or stay at our establishment, you will be asked to make the full payment to secure the reservation.
This advance payment policy allows us to carefully plan the management of bookings and ensure room availability for our guests. Furthermore, it helps us mitigate the risk of last-minute cancellations that could result in missed opportunities for other potential guests.
However, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, necessitating the cancellation or modification of the reservation. Therefore, we offer the flexibility to cancel the reservation up to 7 days prior to the scheduled arrival date. In such cases, the full payment will be refunded according to our specific refund policies.
This 7-day cancellation period gives us sufficient time to manage cancellations and attempt to fill the room with other guests. If you decide to cancel within this timeframe, the refund will be processed as agreed upon at the time of booking.

How to get there
CAR
From Florence and Northern Italy/Europe
Coming from the A1 towards Rome, take the A11 Firenze-Lucca towards Lucca. Continue to Viareggio. Assoon as youexit the motorway, you will immediately find the signs forCamaiore. You have to take the firstjunction on the right andcontinue straight ahead. Camaiore is a few kilometers away.
Once you reach Camaiore, proceed south-east from ViaRadicchi towards Via Fonda, turn right and take ViaCesareBattisti, then turn left into Via dello Stadio, continue on ViaGugliemo Oberdan, then turn right again andcontinue on ViaCarignoni towards Via dei Tambuletti 1.
Alternatively from Florence take the SGC Firenze-Pisa-Livorno. At the exit for Pisa-Livorno continue for Pisa. Continue straight ahead and you will arrive at the entrance ofthe A12 Genova-Livorno. Take direction Genoaand exit atViareggio.
From Genoa
If you come from the A12 coming from Genoa the exit isViareggio. From here you can reach Camaiore in afewminutes (see above).
From Rome and Southern Italy
If you come from the A1 Rome-Florence. Exit in Florence atthe junction with the A11 Firenze-Lucca. Continuefor Lucca-Viareggio. The exit is that of Viareggio.
If you are coming from Rome/South Italy via theTirrenico/Variante Aurelia corridor, take the A12 atRosignanotowards Genoa. The exit is that of Viareggio.
TRAIN
The nearest station is Camaiore Lido-Capezzano.
